How do you use tweezers to apply mascara to your lower lashes?
Unfortunately, I have not found a cf mascara that holds a curl in my stubborn stick straight lashes and doesn’t smudge 🙁 I’ve tried almost all of the mascaras above (I’ve been using mascara for 20 yrs) and none have fit my criteria of holding a curl (yes I have an eyelash curler) and not smudging.
